Kerri Szolusha

My artwork was a rendition of Carolina by Jacob Collins. This was an assignment to further my own personal interest in art, and I wanted to refine my skills. I believe that the shoulder was the best part of my drawing because I worked the hardest on it, and it took the most time. I refined it multiple times until I felt that it looked both anatomically correct, and true to the original artist's work.

ANNE KRAUS's ceramics with a story

Look how Anne uses painted images on the SURFACE of the ceramic to lure you into viewing the work from all sides. She uses images, words, and colors to develop a story and personality that is matched by the SHAPE of the piece.
